Books!!
I long wanted to get new books after finishing "The 5 ppl you meet in Heaven!" by Mitch Albom, however I'm sort of occupied over works since Oct. Since, now I'm on my rest term after orded, I guess it would be the best time to get them. Hence, I make a plan for town on tuesday, but I fall ill - caught a flu, common for the season now.
Not only till Friday, I went to kino searching for this book: Innocent man, which I wanted to own it since 3 months back, but because its only come in hard cover and it is bulky (who would travel with such a big book), I decided not to buy the book till the soft cover is available, and Kino still only has the hard one.
2nd book: About a boy by Nick Hornby, recommended by Bloodnite. Unfortunately, I mistaken the title as Absolute boy - I couldn't get the book.. But, something for celebration, I found interest on other book, The curious incident of the dog in nite time. However, I'm not sure if it's going to be a gd book I decided to seek 2nd opinion, Paul, whom I supposed to meet him in awhile.
I met paul not long after kino. Accompanied him for haircut at pointer. Next, Border.. tried looking for the 2 books.. nah.. not there too. And it's a sure thing tt I can't get the 2nd bk(I din even has the title correct.. Smsed Bloodnite for the correct title). Then, I asked Paul for his opinion on the title, The curious incident of the dog in nite time, he said it is a good book and he might have it. (*wink save money!)
So we left to his place, hoping he has the book. Suay enuff, he misplaced the book, and to compensate on the loses I got 3 other good titles fm him. Despite of having the 3 books, I'm still enthu of getting those 3 titles. Went to Harris in Great world city, same Harris only has the hard cover for Innocent man. Just in time bloodnite replied, but Harris did not have any stock and I ordered one. In the end, I got myself, The curious incident of the dog in nite time.
Happy n Contented, the books I have now should last me 3 months and by then I would own both Innocent man and about a boy.

Comrades!
My fellow comrades.. I take my leave first. Do and must endure, soon your time would come.. I served bloody 2yrs 2 mths, therefore u all cannot haim la. AF pui!..
Since I had left, i going write this for once.. I reckon tt alot of you know I don't like the whole working environment.. even thou I'm always smiling.. I can smile, bcoz I know how to vex them out..
However, the whole morale, environment.. are totally unhealthy, demoralising, uncouraging and unconstructive. How to work! I pity those comrade of mine still stuck in the pit..
First.. having a boss.. who's not tt encouraging and crafty.. He will nv at any times protect us. . and he would accept all kind of finger pointing fm others(sai kang). For example: Hey the runway light wrong ley.. go fix it.. and he accepted it, when it suppose to other agency job. And when something happened which obviously not our fault, he would turn around slaps us first.. then apologise to others and same time slaps us again.. Hey being a boss, you should fight for our right!! Even if we are in wrong.. you should still fight for us..then close the door and reprimand us.
2nd pollutant: There alot of unwant pollutants there.. Esp for one substance ' L' .. A word for you!.. We wun mind if u r going to just sit in a room doing nothing, as it would be better in that way too.. Do not produce more pollution ok!!
3rd the stirring: Enuff stirring liao la.. The coffee had turned cold le or u ppl trying to freeze ur coffee thru stirring? Moral is shit there.. so do something more constructive instead of stiring.
Lastly, do not give extra for the sake of giving.. Make some judgement and gif a better assesment wat the best punishment.. At times, no punishment is the best punishment..
To end this.. QUIT
Why am I single??
I'm not sure if tt the case, but it correct tt I dun like to be controlled.. Just I'm too independent le..!
-----------------
Dave, you're single because you don't want to compromise
You live alone and like it, thanksverymuch. Well, at least some of the time. You prefer coming and going as you please, and you don't like to be controlled or held responsible for someone else's schedule or needs. After all, you probably have plenty of friends, a satisfying career (or other projects to occupy your time), and you may simply not have room for another person right now — unless of course they can bend to meet your routine exactly. Does this sound familiar?
While we admire your go-it-alone attitude — and your carefree, open-minded spirit — you may be shutting out others from your life without realizing it. You never know, maybe if you met the right person you could learn to grow together — while holding onto your hard-earned independence.

Happiness Test!!
Free and happy
You really have got happiness down to a fine art. You've got a brilliant approach to life.
At the core of your approach is the understanding that if you're not happy, then it's down to you to sort it out. There are things you can do about it - changing the way you think, feel or the way you handle your problems. You have the confidence and self-belief never to simply accept misery as a way of life.
You believe in yourself and your ability to get through things. You're not smug, but at peace with the real you.
It could be, of course, that you aren't 100 per cent sorted in all areas of your life - work, play and love - and that's natural. Or it could be that you lack some happiness skills, such as goal setting or managing your emotions.
Our four-week workshop will help you identify the problem areas and give you the skills and strategies needed to fulfil your happiness potential

C. H. O. R. E. S
Last evening, I reckoned tt I should tidy my house and finish the unfinish chores, since I am free. I began with laudry as I brought a bag of uniforms fm camp. It wasn't easy to wash, I seperated the heavy duty wash, hand wash, and coloured n white clothing - meaning I got to do 4x washing. Anyhow, I put the heavy duty cloth into the machine and same time soaked the hand wash clothings.. the after procceed with tidying my room. woo! it was indeed messy, I took half an hour to clear my table.
I swept the floor.. mopped the floor. took me 2 hours.. Settled down for dinner, then had the dishes washed. TOok a quick rest b4 washing the hand wash clothing.
Finally when I'm done.. It's 2am, I guess I need at least a part time maid.
Hahaa.. Outstanding task. Tidy my Computer desk, rest of laudry.. It not going to be easy when the sun taking his annual leave.. Sigh!!

Orded on a pouring day!
Rain tt started to pour on Monday nite to Tuesday.. My initial plan was to collect my IC early in the morning at 8.30, then I could have some other plan in the afternoon - Sentosa, Tennis or other outdoor activities. But, because of the rain.. I refused to be awake at 7am, 8am I continue to lay on my bed and was convinced the rain should stop anytime within an hours. Nah, it nv happen.. the rain continued to pour, heavily. Anyhow.. I woke up at 9 and left at 9.15am, thinking tt rain should stopped anytime after I stepped out the house. Sadly, it din turn out the way I wanted.
Well.. Once I alighted fm the cab, I felt refreshed.. and free. Turning to be a little cocky.. with the dun bothered mood (What can u do to me! I am a civilian now!) I walked under the rain toward squadron, to get my OC to sign my clearance form.. apparently tt the last signature I needed!. 10.15am. I eagerly wanted to be in pac to collect my IC liao.. Not until my dear friend, george.. asked me to wait for him till 1045. (Ohh.. No! he not going to collect his IC, he there for some x'mas celebration.) And I waited.
11.00am.. I was told tt I had not completed part of the form..(Mess Fund! yao siu nv use the mess still have to pay.) er.. ok I settled it, and returned to pac.. 11.20am. (I can't wait any further to leave the camp.) Guess wat.. All the yao SIU kai in NSmen section went for lunch at 1120am.. So I waited for those yao siu one to return and decided to join george, franco fm PAC, Jon Lim fm FSS n PAC, Lim Jian (QM) and others in their x'mas celebration.
Meanwhile, I did regular check on those yao siu one. And the yao siu one only came back on my 10 checks at 1.30.. 1.30pm leh.. they had 2 hrs lunch, yao siu!!
Anyhow.. i guess it is worth waiting la..

It is always hard to part..
Finally the day come.. I this news last month, which we had anticipated it coming since a yr or 2 back. That the old antique house I grown up frm, will be handed over on Monday, and to empty the house by today. Initially, I took it easily, not until last night when my younger day memories flashed thru me.
The day, I ran ard the house playing catching.
The day, I celebrated my birthday outside the hall.
The day, we celebrated all the festive season.
The day, when I first washed my dishes.
The day, when I cook my first maggie mee.
The day, I jump down from the roof.
The day, I cycled a bicycle.
The day....
Well.. At least I witnessed its last day; forming my last memories of the house.
Thank to you, Lovely antique house. You had kept me warm and shetler me for those yrs. Importantly, you had accompanied me for the decade, thru my childhood, teenage.
P.S The lovely antique house pic will be post after I processed them.
Feeling so bitter now..

UCLA student tasered by UCPD Officer
Firstly, the student was ask for his student ID by the CSO, but he was unable produce them. The CSO left and returned with a UCPD Officer; UCPD Officer escorted the student out. By this time, the student started moving, and a officer went forward to escort him by holding his arm. However, the student ask him to "let go" in several times.
This is when the first taser was shot, causing the student to fall on the floor and cried in pain. Then student told the officer he had a medical condition and shouted out "Here's your Patriot Act, here's your fucking abuse of power," while he struggled with the officers.
The officer replied "stand up and stop fighting us", after saying that one officer fired a second or more shot toward the student."
As the student and the officers were struggling, bystanders repeatedly asked the police officers to stop, and at one point officers told the gathered crowd to stand back and threatened to use a Taser on anyone who got too closed.
Witness 1, a fourth-year economics student who was present in the library during the incident, said police officers threatened to shoot her with a Taser when she asked an officer for his name and his badge number.

Regina Spektor - On The Radio.
I just like this part of the song.. sort of meaningful to me..
This is how it works
You're young until you're not
You love until you don't
You try until you can't
You laugh until you cry
You cry until you laugh
And everyone must breathe
Until their dying breath
